COMPLEX ACCESS NEEDS

Complex Access Needs

The Education Service Center at Region 19 provides professional development, technical assistance, education, and resources that support programs serving students with complex access needs. We support the continuing education of professional staff, school personnel, and community members who interact with and educate students with cognitive disabilities, medically fragile, and deaf/blind. Students with complex access needs typically participate in the STAAR Alternate Administration. 

We also provide information and resources for parents.
